About SasEz!

Sept 2011 Update: If you’ve been reading around the site you probably noticed that we stopped traveling. We are settled down on seven acres of raw desert not far from Tucson Arizona.

Ok I lost a lot of archives, information and data on this site sometime in August 2009, so I’m currently trying to get everything back into place. Please bear with me if you run into page not found errors, or you’re unable to find old photo archives which use to be here.

Briefly though: SasEz! is just a creative way to spell “Sassy’s”. There’s a long story behind how I got that name, but it was a CB handle given to me sometime in 1986.

This is my personal website and as such, you won’t find much talk or information about business, marketing, website building, photography or writing here. I may mention those things on occasion since they’re a large part of my life of course, but that’s about all :)

My kids are fully grown so now myself, my husband and my dog are trying various simple living techniques. In June 2009 we started living a nomad life: roaming around to free campgrounds in the southwestern part of the US with a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a little cargo trailer we’re converting into a cheap camper.

We use solar power for our laptops, radios and other electronic gadgets. This allows me to get work done offline and have it ready to upload to websites and such when we have an Internet connection. In time we plan to buy a bit of land and start setting it up for a fully sustainable lifestyle. Update March 2010: We now have land and have been working on our sustainable living project.

I’m trying to keep notes regularly here so feel free to check around this site for recent pictures and travel notes, then visit back often to see what we’ve been up to last :)

And for the Cover Your Butt stuff…
