		<description>By the way: That fancy table and china shown in the last picture were not in this room until yesterday. They've been safely in the living room away from the leaks and crumbling ceiling.

One of the conditions of me getting this room for my office and studio, is that my husband wanted all the breakables and keepsakes out of the living room, because he doesn't like dusting them and he's afraid of things getting broken. :)</description>
