The Trip to MCRD Went Well…
But it was *really* busy! As you can see, I’ve had no time to upload any pictures from the trip here yet, but I hope to fix that soon.
I’m actually starting to wonder if I should have called this place “SasEz! Scrapbook”, because it sure doesn’t look like I’m getting too many Scenes just yet hmmm? 
I won’t be uploading pictures of my son in uniform unfortunately, because he requested that I don’t. I did get tons of pictures of the various platoons marching and standing in formation, plus I got some great shots of the Marine Band San Diego and I plan to upload those here over the next several weeks.
Unfortunately I got very few scenic shots of either Tucson or San Diego though, because I was too busy. I also didn’t get any decent shots of the hotels we stayed in either. Each time we arrived at a hotel it was late at night and we were all exhausted, so taking time to shoot some good photos was pretty much out of the question 
Hopefully I’ll be able to take more of a working trip soon so I can correct that problem.
I will be writing about the hotels we stayed at though, just in case anyone who happens along here is interested. So stay tuned!
